Q: I have had the linear neck pillow for a few years now. How often to you recommend replacing it?
A: It's an individual decision. Anywhere from 8 months - 5 years. We have been selling our pillows since 2003- and this is what we have seen. It can depend on your heat/humidity conditions, if water/drool/sweat gets on the pillow. All these things can lead to break down of the fibers. Have you tried to put the pillow in the dryer on gentle setting for 10 min?
If you do get a new pillow: Keep your old pillow on standby. There may be an adjustment period to when you receive your new pillow, as the support is going to feel different.
