You can also wash the entire pillow. First, simply putting your pillow in the dryer for 10 minutes on a higher heat setting every so often will keep it fluffy and revitalized over the years.
If you want to sanitize it, place a damp towel in the dryer with the pillow on a high heat setting for 30 minutes.
If, for any reason, you do need to wash the whole pillow, it is a much longer process that is done as follows: Fully enclose all three zippers and depress the zipper tabs securely back into their locked positions. Place your whole pillow in the washing machine using cold water on a gentle/delicate cycle. You can use color-safe hydrogen peroxide bleach for tougher stains if need be. When fully saturated, the pillow can throw your washing machine load off balance if it is not evenly distributed, so please be sure to balance the load properly when washing. When the wash cycle is finished, roll and squeeze the pillow to remove any excess water that was absorbed. If you have squeezed out enough water, your pillow should only need one full drying cycle to remove all of the moisture

"There is zero odor with this pillow. The materials are safe and made in the USA. The fabric is soft and the foam filling blend is dreamy. The chuncks of foam are smaller and very soft, so you fon't feel them. This is not like those one-big-hunk-of-foam cervical pillows... it is more like a traditional pillow. The V area is gentle, but effective traction. You can add or remove filling so you control the support. And with the V pocets separate, you can control the intensity of the traction and kerp the rest softer. The support is amazing on both sides, and again, totally customizable. It's pretty easy to figure out and adjust, and you can request more filler for more density or height.
I got relief the first night, but there is an adjustment period. Find some good neck stretches to do while you are getting used to it. Each night has been better and better. I have had less headaches, better sleep, and I am not waking up stiff.

"I have suffered from neck pain as long as I can remember and have used Arc4Life pillows for over 11 years now, at the advice of my chiropractor. Within a few days of using the pillow my neck pain improved dramatically. My first pillow lasted over 10 years before finally needing replacement. I usually am not a fan of reviews, but i couldn't help my self help bring awareness to others regarding one of the best pillows i've used. I am a physician my self and was suffering from mild cervical strain/pain perhaps radiculopathy and had bought the arc 4life original pillow from their website about 4 years ago. the Pillow worked wonders to the point where I ended buying 3 more for my household (wife, parents), who all love it and use it daily. pain completely alleviated from just proper posturing during sleep with the help of this fantastic product. i've recommended it to at least 5 of my other family and friends who have all used it and have achieved great results from it as well.
recently I came to find out that they've released a new " adjustable" foam packed cervical traction pillow which I ordered and have started to use as well. This one can be a bit on the firmer side right out of the box, but has options to take the foam out according to individual's comfort, a great addition to an already amazing product. I've even gone ahead and ordered the adjustable pillow to be shipped overseas for a family member.
I will continue to recommend these products to family, friends and all in need.
