⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had neck and shoulder pains for the past 8 years, tries many pillows but nothinh worked. This is a very different pillow and this one takes a bit of getting used too, so far with only one night's use I got a bit of relief and didn't wake up as many times during the night to change positions. I also like the fact that there is a low side so that we can slowly get used to to "v" shaped side.
