- We have a strict 30 day return policy on all of our traction pillows and gravity pillows.
- A 5% return fee applies to all of our returns, and shipping is not refundable
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping of the arc4life traction pillow. You can use any type of shipping such as: Post office, UPS, Fedex etc.
- Dust Covers are not refundable
- A Returned pillow must come back in brand new condition. If for example the pillow smells of smoke or has stains on it, you will not be refunded. Also, please do not put the pillow into a scented bag upon returning. Use the original bag that we shipped the pillow in or place the pillow in a clean unscented bag.
