I have a Military neck , Neck Pain and Cannot Sleep.... HELP !

I have a military neck and have been having so much pain I can't sleep. I am 5'5", 124 lbs and have a small frame. The distance from my neck to my shoulder is a little less than 4". Would you please recommend a pillow for me?
Bilateral Shoulder Injury Making it Hard to Side Sleep !

Q. Hey Arc4life, I am typically a side sleeper, but I am dealing with a bilateral shoulder injury that makes it hard to sleep on either shoulder. I'm interested in a pillow that would support my sleep on my back. Any recommendations?
