Our pillows are made in the USA.
Our return policy is 30 days. You have to ship the pillow back to us to our Port orange Florida location. There is a 5% return fee and the shipping is not refundable. The shipping we charge when you order is $5. Email us back if you have any questions about our pillow. - Arc4life Customer Service
