I just can not say enough good things about this pillow. I suffer from military neck and painful neck muscles. After using this pillow, the stress in my neck muscles is relieved and my neck has gradually straightened out. I highly recommend for anyone suffering from neck pain. It took me 1 or 2 nights to get used to the pillow, but after that, I was in heaven.

Let me tell you, you aren't going to find a better pillow out there to support your neck and help you sleep than this one so you can stop reading all the reviews! Buy this one, you won't regret it!

I have tried many different products to cure my neck pain and this definetely has made a difference. I have been taking physical therapy also and I am sure both together have helped. I'll have to wait and see what the long term brings but I know I will recommend this.

This pillow is amazing. I have been suffering with neck pain for over 20 years since a car accident. I have had a lot of trouble sleeping because of it. This pillow has helped tremendously. It doesn't really look so innovative, but it has done wonders for my sleep.

Sadly,this pillow belongs in the category of "too good to be true" and should be advertised next to other tv wonders. If you change positions during the night, you never seem to find a comfortable place for your neck. Not worth the money at all.

Dear Customer, Thank you for your feedback. The Arc4life traction pillow has two sides to it: the traction side and the neck roll side. If you have any type of neck pain, stiff neck, achiness in the neck, or a lot of sensitivity, start by using the support side of the pillow. This is the softer side. Also, this side is gentler to use. Finally, don't use the pillow all night the first night. This may work for some customers. However, it will work better if you start just using the pillow for 1/2 hour to an hour the first time.Then slowly increase the amount of time you sleep on the pillow. - Arc4life
