You can easily cut at the end of the prescored lined to the desired height of 2.5", 3.5", or leave the orthotic at 4.5". Available in Gentle and Firm. This support ensures that the head, neck and shoulders are properly aligned for total relaxation of the muscles. Promotes proper alignment of the neck and shoulders as well. Lightweight with a compact design can even be taken along on long flights.
We recommend that you use hot and cold therapy before and after treatment, especially in the beginning.

To use the Apex Cervical Orthosis at home: The larger angled surface should face your shoulders. To adjust to the height, carefully remove sections by completing cut along the scored lines. The Apex Cervical Orthosis™ should be used daily, with increasing time intervals. The Apex Cervical Orthosis™ should be used for treatment of 2 minutes to start. Increase each day, treatment in 1 minute intervals, with a maximum treatment time of 20 minutes.

Wash and Care Instructions for your Traction Unit
Spot Clean only. We recommend that you do not soak this product, as it will ruin the foam. If a spot gets soiled, use a damp cloth (you can also use a mild soap if necessary). It is a good idea to use a wash cloth or light weight cloth between your neck and the traction device.
