☀️ Hello July! Stay Cool This Summer with Arc4life ☀️

I have a straight neck. Anyway to get the proper curvature back?

Yes — if you have a straight neck (also called loss of cervical lordosis), there are ways to help restore some of the natural curve over time. It usually takes consistent effort and good habits.

One thing you can try at home is using a cervical traction pillow to gently stretch and support the neck in the correct position. The Arc4life Traction Pillow is designed for this. You can use the traction V part of the pillow while lying on your back for about 20–25 minutes a day to help encourage the neck to curve properly again.
Here’s the one I recommend: Arc4life Adjustable Memory Foam Traction V Pillow
Also, make sure to:
✅ Keep good posture during the day (avoid slouching & looking down at your phone)
✅ Do gentle neck stretches & strengthening exercises (a physical therapist can guide you)
✅ Sleep on your back or side with proper support (not on your stomach)
It may take weeks or months, so be patient and consistent. If symptoms are severe or don’t improve, check with a chiropractor or physical therapist for more personalized care.
Hope this helps! Let me know if you have any questions about using the pillow.
