Our cervical support pillow does an excellent job of supporting ones neck in the correct alignment while sleeping on your side or on your back. A few things to consider in choosing the right pillow:
1. You do have to order the correct size for your head and neck. That is one important factor. 2. For some customers there may be an adjustment period.
Finally, this is just a pillow - It is not the end all the be all to ending your Neck Pain. Using our pillow in conjunction with a neck stretching unit ( if you are cleared for this by your doctor), going to the chiropractor for adjustments, doing strengthening neck exercises, stretching, physical therapy, trigger point therapy - all of these things also help with relief of neck pain. Another great idea is to join a group on facebook that talks about nothing but neck pain - Its called the Neck Pain Support Group - just to get more ideas about how to stop and deal with neck pain. Maybe you are a surgical candidate - who will only be helped by an orthopedic surgeon. For some customers, this pillow may not help depending on what is going on in their neck. Without a proper consult, exam and x-rays it can be hard to pinpoint exactly what is going on in your particular neck. Only your Dr can know what is going on in your neck. Has our pillow helped patients with their neck pain? YES. Does it help everybody. DEFINITELY NOT. For us to make a guarantee like that would be wrong, and irresponsible of us.
