This material is more flexible and comfortable and you can literally create the shape you need. You can sleep on your side or on your back easily with this adjustable pillow, and it can be washed in the washing machine as well. - Arc4life

You can take out and remove the filling or add more filling if necessary. This adjustable pillows gives you more flexibility with a sleeping pillow.
