I do Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. It has not been kind to my neck. It always hurts. I’ve been trying to shape a feather pillow so that it worked like this one but it never stays in the right place. After one night on this thing my neck feels better than it has in years. Longer even. I used the V shaped traction side. Going to roll (spar) a lot today and looking forward to another night on this pillow.

Here is the arc4life traction neck pillow showing the 2 sides that one can use: The Neck Roll or "Support" side and the V side or the "Traction" side.  Both parts of the pillow are important.
