You gotta love social media these days. People are opinionated and will tell you exactly what they are thinking. Just this week, we received this feedback from a random guy named Michael on Facebook about the arc4life traction pillow. I don't think he was too happy.

I have had severe, unbearable and usually once a week debilitating cervical neck pain for 4 months now precipitating migraines. Just referred to PT and got muscle relaxers (yet to take- probably won’t have to now). Have read all the books. Nothing was working. Tylenol and Advil didn’t touch the pain. Usually I just had to do nothing for the whole weekend, put heatpak a on my neck every day, and hope for the best. I bought those stick on heat packs in bulk.

I do Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. It has not been kind to my neck. It always hurts. I’ve been trying to shape a feather pillow so that it worked like this one but it never stays in the right place. After one night on this thing my neck feels better than it has in years. Longer even. I used the V shaped traction side. Going to roll (spar) a lot today and looking forward to another night on this pillow.
